PhD student in Information and Communication in Digital Platforms. Jesse Nery got his degree in Computer Engineering in 2012 at Federal University of Vale do São Francisco and his master’s degree in Management and Technologies Applied to Education at the State University of Bahia in 2015, both in Brazil. Since 2013, he is a Professor at the Baiano Federal Institute teaching Educational Games, Educational Software, Computer Graphics, Computer Networking, Digital Electronics, Hardware Maintenance. His research interests are digital games and education, gamification and development of digital games. Currently, he investigates on the impacts of locative games in the active ageing of seniors in Portugal.
